How to Automatically Import RealSelf Leads into Dewy

RealSelf does not offer a direct integration, so Dewy uses an email parser: RealSelf sends its inquiry notification email to a unique address, Dewy reads the name, email, phone, and message out of it, and creates the contact automatically. From there the lead enters your nurture sequence like any other.

Step 1: Request your parser address

Open the help bubble in the bottom right corner of your Dewy account and ask for a RealSelf email parser. We will reply with a unique parser address for your practice.

Step 2: Add the parser address to RealSelf notifications

1. Log in to your RealSelf account
2. Open your Business Page
3. Find the Lead Notification or Inquiry Settings section
4. Add the parser address Dewy gave you to the notification list

RealSelf allows a maximum of five notification addresses. If you already have five, remove one before adding the parser address.

Step 3: Send us a sample inquiry

We need one real RealSelf notification email to map its fields to your Dewy account. Either:

• Submit a test inquiry through your own RealSelf listing, or
• Wait for your next real lead and forward that notification email to us through the help bubble

Once we have the sample, we finish the mapping and confirm that RealSelf leads are flowing into your account. From then on it runs without any action on your part.

Good to know

• Parsed leads are tagged with their source so you can see RealSelf performance separately in reporting.
• If RealSelf changes its email format, parsing can break silently. If RealSelf leads stop appearing in Dewy for more than a few days while you are still getting inquiries, tell us through the help bubble and we will re-map.
