Troubleshooting Steps for Your Dewy Account
If parts of your Dewy account are not loading correctly, behaving unexpectedly, or showing errors, the cause is usually the browser. Work through the steps below in order.
1. Try a different browser
Browser settings, extensions, or cached data can cause problems. Open your Dewy account in another browser (for example, Firefox instead of Chrome) and see whether the problem persists.
If everything works in the other browser, the problem is in your primary browser. Also make sure your browser is fully up to date.
2. Clear browser cache and cookies
Browsers store website data in cache and cookies to speed up loading. Occasionally this stored data interferes with web applications like Dewy. Clearing it resolves most problems.
Instructions for common browsers:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Safari: clear browsing history
- Safari: manage cookies and website data
- Microsoft Edge
3. Disable browser extensions
Some extensions, especially ad blockers and privacy tools, interfere with how Dewy loads. Disable extensions one at a time to find the one causing the problem.
4. Try a private window
A private or incognito window bypasses cached data and most extensions. If Dewy works there, one of the two steps above will fix it permanently.
